Small salon to rent, Essex

Hi I currently work 5 days in the salon. I am looking to reduce to only 4 days a week, meaning the salon will be available for renting 2 days a week. Depending on Profession either a fixed rent charge daily or a Percentage Based. Please Share with anyone you think may be interested! X

Hi I'm in Benfleet ESSEX salon is very small 1 treatment room & reception area with nail table! Monday or Tuesday then one week Friday & then Saturday the week after x

So one week Monday and Friday, then the following week Monday and Saturday, for example.

Do you have a receptionist or what do you do when you're in the treatment room?

Do you know what the fixed rental or percentage would be?
