Smooth surface...then I spot it

Hi, I am practicing with gel and have noticed that sometimes I end up with a little lump (see pic) on an otherwise smooth nail. Suppose this could be dust or an air bubble. If I notice this after curing is there a way to smooth it without ruining the rest of the polish or do I have to remove it all and start again? Many thanks

I call them nipples!! LOL - I use the smooth side of a Koala to smooth it out then top coat. No need to remove dispertion layer

I get those too I use like. 240 file and then re top coat.
