Hi
Does anyone happen to know if Portsmouth council require us to have a special treatments license to practiceD beauty treatments in Portsmouth?
For manicure, pedicure, lashes, waxing and tinting.
I know some councils require them but I can’t find out if Portsmouth do! Not even by calling them! They said they’ll have to get back to me...
