Spray tan and nail fume extraction

Hi not sure if this is the right place to post this! What extractor fans do you use for spray tanning and L and P fumes and dust, I have been looking and trying to get something I could possibly use for both. Does anything like this exist what do the rest of you use?

We use Castlepoint tanning's machine for spray tans. The lady who runs it is helpful and would be able to tell you if the machine was good for nails too! I think it (and most other tanning extractors) might be too big to put on your desk too.... maybe.?!
