Capitalising on an ever-increasing uptake of sunless tanning in salons nationwide, bronzing brand St. Tropez has initiated a new ITEC qualification.
As part of the internationally recognised ITEC Diploma in Tanning Treatments, individuals who have reached Beauty/Holistic Therapy Level 3 can now develop the necessary skills to perform self-tanning methods alongside UV services. The course is structured in three modules: Original Tan (including product kit worth over £75); Spray & UV Tanning (including product kit worth over £80); Business Awareness and Professional Conduct. Each stage covers tan prep, maintenance and application. Alongside this, St. Tropez’s expert trainers on hand to deliver Trend Master Classes designed to keep therapists up-to-date with the latest techniques.
It is the first time ITEC, which runs over 35 UK government accredited qualifications, has partnered with St. Tropez, one of the leading sunless tanning providers.
