Staining on natural nail

I have a client who comes to me for acrylic nails, I did a set of sculptured pink and white acrylics for her a week or so ago, she came back today for an infill and she had glued one nail on herself but on her little finger there was a discolouration under the nail so I removed it and the free edge of the nail was a greenish colour, I didn't apply anything to it, I told her to come back to me in a few days so I can check it, she's had no pain and it was the very edge of the natural nail.
Does anyone have any idea what it could be?
Her hands are always in water and she doesn't wear gloves

Could be the start of pseudomonas.

I thought so, it's just on the free edge of the natural nail, thank you I'll read through the link
