Hi guys,
Just thought I would start a thread for anyone who is studying in the hair and beauty sector this year, we could discuss how the course was going etc.
I have more of a hairdressing background, studied it at school, did my work experience in a hairdressers, had a Saturday job etc and was trying to gain an apprenticeship last year but unfortunately didn't gain one. I also did beauty therapy in school and to be honest I'm a lot better at it and now that I'm a bit older do feel that it's more suited to me.
So I had my interview for level 2 beauty therapy and was given an unconditional offer! Really wasn't excepting it, so happy!! Anyone else going to college this year?!
