Can anyone tell me what the table top dust extractors are like to work with? Are they comfortable for the client and do they work efficiently and quietly? Any information would be greatly appreciated x

Have you done a search before asking this question. I did and this is what I found: Salon Geek - Search Results

Plenty to look at there. :)

Thank you Geeg, I did do a search but couldn't find anything specifically relating to the Table Top Extractor Fans. I'm guessing I don't have the search criteria down pat yet!! I clicked on your link but it says 'no results found', not sure what has gone wrong there. After reading some of your previous posts I think an Extraction Ventilation System is the way to go. I am planning on having a home salon, not for a few months yet but I am a planner and like to have everything organised well ahead of time!

Sorry if the link did not work .. I searched extraction and loads came up. I'm sure you will get answers from many when they get in from work :green:
Personally I prefer to pay a little more for extraction ventilation .. it catches most of the dust as it falls and tends to draw in the rest. I like the way you are thinking ... it is the first major investment we should make but so often it is the last thing technicians think about ... good luck.

Thank you Geeg. Your posts are invaluable for us newbies!!
