Taking client from bleach / high lift blonde to dark mahogany blonde....

Pre pig all the blonde hair with mahogany mousse and then colour with 7.5 with some extra 7 mixed in for extra base?

would you do it different?

i think id prepig with gold and a little copper , and apply a 7 all over, dry it , then decide what to do about the tone ,maybe apply as a semi over the top.
Because if the hair is dry ,it make take patchily ,and you dont want it fading to pale pink ,or having drk purple pieces where its grabbed

that's what i would do too. apply a semi definatly you'll get much more even coverage,

I pre pigged with mahogany mousse on the blonde and did half 7.5 and half 7...it turned out lovely and even ...light brown with a lovely rich mahogany glow

yeah .5 is mahogany
