Hi Guys

Just wondering what you advise your clients to use for exfoliants, moisturisers & soap / shower gel, prior and after a tan? x x x

Hi Jamie, there have been a few threads on this if you do a wee search it should bring them up. I always advise using a soap free oil free ph neutral body wash, have been searching for one without sls as this also strips tan! have just bought some aloe Dr organic from holland & barratts seems to be good so far!
Oil free moisturiser is a must as oil breaks the tan down I'm using sienna x just now and it nice works well, depends on what tan your using, they maybe do a range of prouducts. (sorry forgot to check your profile lol)
Also no dove before during or after tan ever! lol hth xx

I was experimenting last light by uing the simple soap. Sienna x didn't go on at all well! They are bringing out sachets of body wash soon which will be great

Yea the moist is good. I think I'm going to start selling both the body wash and ex sachets to my clients and send them in the post. That way they can't go wrong!

xx

I've just bought some kids body wash to see if that's any good prior a tan? will let you know

Vani-T do an SLS Free bodywash as part of their bodywear range to compliment their tan. It smells gorgeous plus it's organic.
