Hi everyone, I am sorry to be a pest and keep asking you all questions but....i know a girl who runs a dance class she already has someone in spray tanning all the girls but said she would consider me if i could match there prices now she is getting the tans for the girls at 8 pounds each which i think is pretty cheap but then they are kids so will i be using as much solution...am not sure one part of me is thinking its worth it just to get my foot in the door and get people seeing my tans?

Was just wondering how you all go about getting a foot in the door with the dance schools, do you offer a bigger discount because of the amount of girls and repeat business you get, also what age to you draw the line at for a tan as some of these girls are pretty young and would you offer the dance teacher a tan so she can see what the results are like and do you do this for free or again a well discounted price?

Any advice would be welcome, thanks again xx

Sorry geeks i was so eager i forgot to do a search...i am trailing through the threads the now, I apologise! xx

How many mls of solution do you use at the present for a regular tan on a client ?

I am using about 50mls louise with a wee bit left over know i should be using less, does that mean i should be turning my machine down more? x

how much lower than £8 does she want to go? and how often would you be doing their tans?

Hiya she doesnt want to go any lower than £8...not sure how often it would be i really need to have a chat with her.

Can i ask tho for other schools do you offer the dance teacher a chance to see the results of your tans at a discounted price or do you just leave all details with them?

xx

Yes love you need to turn your gun down a bit,
you know you use around 50 mls so work out how many tans you get from the bottles that you buy and then divide that by the price that you pay so you can see how much it is costing you per tan,
if you are going to make some profit from doing the dance school then yes go for it as it is all good advertising and you could give each child a voucher for their mum for a special offer of say £15 for parents tan,
you can also put it on your advertising that you tan here and maybe get bookings from other dance schools,
i wouldn't offer the dance teacher a free tan, she isn't going to want a dark tan if shes not on stage herself, hth
