When I was working as a senior beauty therapist I had different targets and commission systems . Obviously there are quite a few different ones being operated and the level of targets differs on lots of factors.I had targets for both retail and treatments. I am thinking of accepting a job in field sales of a skincare company, generating new leads and building on existing leads, in house training of the range etc. I was wondering if anyone could explain what target and commision systems are likey to be implemented. As a senior beauty therapist I had to reach a target say for example £250 a week retail if i reached that i would get a percentage of anything over. I am just interested to hear what other targets commision people have got especially for the field sales type jobs.:green:
