Tattoos and piercings in our industry, thoughts?

I am curious what everyones take is on tattoos in our industry. Everyone's thoughts are welcome ... This should be semi interesting considering the diversity in age/culture ! How does everyone feel about professionals with their tattoos out or holes in our faces! =) not sure if this is the appropriate forum...
