i have started renting a chair in a new salon and seem to get an influx of teenagers enquiring about nail enhancements. do i say no or ask for there gaurdian to come with them , never been in this position before and need some advice

If I were to treat someone under 16 I would want their parent or guardian to sign the consultation form on their behalf.

We don't allow under 16's to have treatments without their parents present as our staff are not crb checked.

nor us, we ask the parent to come into the salon and write that they consent to the treatment if under 16. I do also ask that they stay for the treatment too.
