I explained my customer from hell story. The customer in question came in yesterday for her in-fills and was telling me about the "girls' evening in" she had planned for this evening with her and her sister. She had booked a mobile beautitician to come round to the house and give them both legs, under arms and YUK, YUK, YUK full Brazilian waxes.

Thank the lord I only have to handle her hands!!!!! :lol:
