I really want to try this.

Girl I follow on Instagram does it on a light box/table so she can see the saturation. She said 'i had a dream about it and asked a client if i could try it on them and have done it ever since'.

Yeah I've found her Instagram! I really want to try it on a client! Xx

Me too....looks great....Just trying to work out the logistics in my mind....

Nope, it's too messy for me. ;)

How about a board over the top of the back wash?

No, it just looks so uncomfortable.
How can you get into the right position to do the back?
I'm not a contortionist! ;)

I'm not one to suffer for my art lightly!
Not at my age anyway :)

I don't think you'd need a piece cut out and a squishy thing.....raise the seat, place a rolled towel between their neck and the board.....
S**t, just remembered, my basins are side wash!:mad::mad:

I mean cut the neck piece out so it fits in with the shape of the backwash?

I'll have to get my 'man saw' out the shed.....

Definitely need a squishy neck thing though

Same here side wash is back breaking as it it!

admittedly I am old and grouchy but like many of the painting techniques the process looks cool in the picture but I am not too blown away by the results. The saturation of the bottom would be easier for sure but the blend/melt seems like it would kill my lower back and the after pic doesn't warrant that for me.

It looks cool, but I think it would be easier to do in other ways and still get the same effect :)

The 'After' is a little scary......but that's HER version of it.....
Imagine the attention it would attract in the salon...
I think it would prick peoples interest, as it looks so different from a set of foils.

If any of you try it I would like to see the results and hear how it went.
I don't think I will be doing it unless I get an inversion table and assistant. :)
