Hello
Bear with me on this post, I have used my hairdresser for probably 10 years, she cuts my hair amazingly as it’s curly and she is a good friend, I have always been a level 6/7 but age creeps up on us so I’m going lighter abit at a time, I have a base now on roots of a 8.0 and bleached end as highlights to add contrast. The question I have is the bleached ends pull orange and my hairdresser is not into toners. I wanted to know what toners to use, she will do them no problem but nervous, she’s mobile FYI and not doing hair at the moment obviously but I’m first on her list when she can !

When you bleach the hair, it leaves it in a raw state and you must tone it afterwards. If your hairdresser doesn’t understand the basics of colouring, maybe just stick with her for cutting your hair and find a good colourist for your colour appointments?
