hey i have blonde hair but would like it looking a lot lighter like white!!
at the min i just hilite it wid bleach then put 12/1 koleston perfect over to tone with!!
as i have tried this so many times and not got the result i am looking for a thought u guys could help me out as i went on a colour course with wella and they still didnt give me the answer to my problem!! i have also tried 0/6 silver to but dnt find this changes my hair much!! wella colours only please as this is all i use x
