Training all staff or not?

Do you all train all staff at the same time for new treatments or do you have each specialise in something?

I've trained all of us in eyelash extensions and billion dollar brows. I'm not sure how I will do it in the future though as it is very pricey to do it that way.

We are both trained in most things but I definitely think we have different strengths. I hate lash extensions so tend to veer them towards my daughter. I think it can be good to have some therapists offering different treatments.

You could but is that 4 inc yourself? Maybe have them specialise In something but depends when they work to book in the treatments to make a return xx

If it's a really popular treatment and you have part time staff or someone's holiday what would happen?

I think you have to weigh up what training your thinking of, the cost and then the pros and cons of all or a couple of people doing the training.
