Hi have a beauty room which I am thinking of renting out as therapist is having to leave.....we are a hair salon.but there is a small beauty clientale .

So I have a couch led GELeration lamp etc

So the rent charge would include lightening heating
I would rather they did their own laundry
Obviously happily book app for them
They will be liable for their stock price list, liability ins etc

How do I work out a charge?
And if a client has a cut and finish and her nails done does she pay separate?
We are just outside a middle sized town in Berkshire
Completely new to me !

Most I have looked at are £120 per week. Or £25 per day.

Have a look in local papers, wholesalers etc and see what the going rate is. We charge £70 per week, beauty lady has to provide everything, we book appts etc. clients pay seperately as the beauty money is hers so they pay her directly xx
