Trick or Treaters

Where we live now we don't get any trick or treaters as our driveway is 500m long - too far for many to walk. Where we lived previously we occassionally got a few kids knock at the door so we keep a bowl of Minties & other covered lollies to give out. We thought if they were brave enough to dress up and go 'trick or treating' they deserved something for their efforts.
Mind you in Australia not much is said about Halloween but the kids that did it were usually lovely

Yes i always give treats. Having 4 children myself we have a haloween party with all trimmings and fancy dress,then we all go out trick or treating. it's brill.
