Hi,
I was wondering if you have any good places where else I can check for small permises in Coventry area. I'm looking for around 300-450 sq feet but most of them I found are massive, and I won't use that much space. The only one I found is great area, good size, and good price. The only problem is there is a nail salon 2 shops from the retail unit. lol So I think that would be a lot more difficult to get clients, don't you think? I'd be happy if you could doubt me lol I'd like to open a salon in a 4-5 month time with one of my friend, and it will be only a nail salon just for 2 of us. but it seems impossible to find a small nice shop I can design as I'd like to. If you have any ideas please let me know.
