Unit G6 Promote additional products or services to clients

I've just signed upto Salon Geek, so I'm new to this. I'm currently studying Beauty Therapy Level 2 and getting bogged down with all the assignments they've given us (all at the same time!). It's the Health and Safety units that are the pain and in particular G6. There seems to be about 5 questions that are asking the same thing, there just worded differently and it's driving me mad. Can anyone help, PLEASE!!
