UV gels technique(s)

Hello, I know very well that alcohol can be used in the nail prep to dehydrate the nails. There are lots of substitutes and I wonder whether Conex Plus is a dehydrator. Then one needs a bonding aid? is this the same as primer? or a primer is only needed for acrylics. Thank you for all your help.

Have you had training in UV gels as these questions should have been answered on your training.

Sorry never heard of Conex Plus - can you enlighten me.
