I have a client requesting the colours in the photo below.
Wondering if anyone can recommend which colour system has the best colours for this?
I use scruples which can't be bought from Sallys. I have used Wella (well in the past) when I completed my level 3 but didn't touch upon the vibrant colours.
So I'm a little unfamiliar with which system has best results in these
Any recommendations?
