I am.very disappointed that you can buy Cnd vinylux at Walmart I thought Cnd was loyal to us licensed nail techs! I am really mad about this!

You can not buy solar oil at Walmart I know it is a retail product but licensed nail.techs are suppose to retail products not Walmart

I guess the people to ask why it's being sold in Walmart would be CND directly. I have to say I would not be happy if I saw it for sale in the UK equivalent, Asda!!
