Hiya Geeks!!

I currently have a successful loyalty scheme within my salon but I am

thinking about introducing a VIP scheme for my regular/loyal/high spending

clients.

I need advice though... should I charge my clients for a VIP Card if so how

much? £50 a year £20 a year?

These are some ideas of what they would get from becomming a VIP

* 15% off when they spend £50+
* 20% off new treatments
* birthday card / discounts if they came in on their birthday

i can't think of very many but these are along the lines....

Help if you have any more ideas xxx

This would have to be open to all clients to purchase, and I know it may sound silly but when places have offered to sell me cards (body shop did it on my first visit and I only went back once in the year) the offers seem to not be worth it as iv already paid for x item with the price I bought the card.
Try a loyalty scheme that's free to join and on the x visit they get half price/ free, keep the free or half price birthday thing at your discression and if you get a regular in on or near their birthday web it comes to pay just say casually that because it's their birthday and they have been so loyal you want to give them something back. Make them feel special ad you may get a lot more regulars with a loyalty scheme than a VIP card as they have to work towards their half price/free service xoxo
