Hi all,
Please can anyone tell me of some ideas of how you are paid or how you pay your staff regarding commissions, targets etc.. What motivates you or your staff. I've got 2 therapists and the structure they are on at the moment isnt working. They are brilliant therapists and I want them to keep motivated and enthusiastic.

At the moment we do montly targets. I allocate points to the girls on things they do like Sell a nail varnish after pedi/mani = 1 point, Book a client in for more treatments = 2 points.etc etc

Each point = a prize. We run one last month and the girls done really well, gives them something to work towards and keeps them motivated. I think they earnt £100 vocuhers which is a nice touch i think.
