If there's one treatment therapists find themselves doing a whole lot more of as the summer comes around, it's waxing. There's no denying that it's one of the most effective, if not one of the most uncomfortable, ways to avoid "over-shairing".

Now, due to popular demand, Waxperts are claiming to offer a new, superior wax saying that it's "the best waxing experience available" coming from "the next generation of waxes." Well...it's one heck of a claim.

The new professional wax from Waxperts is super pliable at low temperatures and leaves skin conditioned with an excellent super smooth finish. It's apparently more flexible than any of the leading premium waxes and claims a super-smart technology specially formulated with advanced polymers that somehow know to cling to the hair and not the skin.

The full range consists of hot wax, strip wax, cleanser and pre- and post waxing oils.

While I'm expert in a lot of things, waxing isn't one them but I have been told what I can only believe is an urban myth that, if done properly, waxing shouldn't hurt. I must have the worst luck in choosing therapists because, I don't know about you, but it always hurts like hell!

Until then...geek on!

No matter how a therapist waxes or removes hair (e.g. plucking, threading etc), they are still pulling a hair out by it's root so it is going to hurt. It just depends how fast they do it, the coarseness of the hair and your pain threshold. xx

Tried them, wasn't overly impressed. It's a nice wax but there are better out there. The price isn't appealing either for what you get IMO

Wow Jenny we're really suprised to hear that.
What wax have you been using in the past?
Did you buy our product at the show or after that?
Where abouts are you based?
Could you to come into our salon in Dun Laoghaire for a complimentary wax and we can go through the product and application with you. We'd be confident it would change your mind. :)
Waxperts Wax.

I'm afraid I have to agree, sorry :( But i have worked with the best products over the years so maybe I'm just a bit spoiled with waxes but I didnt find it amazing. I found it good, but very like the purple harley wax, yet more expensive. I have yet to find a wax better than perron ridgot! Sorry again, just my opinion.x

I really wish companies pull stop using the 'pain free waxing' myth! It is just thy a myth ... No matter which product you use you are ripping the hair out so of course it will be painful!

I'm a Perron boy myself for my clients and training courses. There are several companies who can now say they are 'next generation' - pr, berins, Lycon, outback, hive, salon system all have low temp flexible waxes.

I've always said I'll try any wax and use the best on the market. I'll give this one a go but so far people I know who used it aren't being swayed to it.

I sampled it and agree with the others I'm afraid.
I'll be sticking with my Berins-pardon the pun

I love the way the PR fans are like a mafia! You know a product is amazing when everyone has such strong feelings about it!

Well I must say this much. I loved waxing that's what brought me into beauty and discovered I liked skincare and tanning more (lol) but as good as I was I was doomed at doing specialised waxing until I met Waxperts but one thing that is depressing is the price. Where I am based is quite rural and people do not find specialised waxing a necessity yet I am busy with them and I say it is due to this wax. But i'm not making money by it. The guide price is to charge €50. People wont pay that. €25 is tops nowadays in a regular salon in the Midlands. As good as it is I'm on the prowl for a new wax that's more affordable.

Hi guy I just got this wax in for my salon I love it but am running into some problem with the hairs snapping can anyone give me some tips on this wax .
