Wella bleach cleanse not lifting

I have tried 2 methods of bleach bath on cuttings of my clients hair but have had disappointing results. Wondered if anyone could offer any input as to why?
She is currently tinted level 5 which has faded out so now looks between a 5/75 and 6/75. Target shade is 8/73

I've done bleach bath of Blondor and shampoo and 6% for 30 mins, 1:1:1 and it lifted one shade.
I repeated the process again for a further 25 mins but nothing.

Second test piece i just used Blondor with pastel and it was left for 45/50mins, again only one shade lift.

Should I be persevering more? Go straight in with a Blondor and 6%? Or could it just be because the hair had no heat from the scalp?

Hair condition is still really good by they way.

Your client may have a lot of colour build up which can be stubborn to break through. I would just go straight in with blondor and 20vol but keep an eye on it

Try doing a mild lightener xx
