I'm trying to achieve something like this on 100% gray hair. Can anyone help me out with a formula? Would prefer Kolestone Perfect or Illumina.

It looks very similar to KP 9/31 but I'd probably mix it with equal amounts of 8/0

Thank you. I'd like to do some highlights as well, what would you suggest?

Either 9/0 + 9/38 + 6% or I’d use a mild bleach + 1.9%

Thanks Ron! On the Wella site they have a formula suggestion for babylights:
Blondor, Welloxon Perfect
Babylights: 30g Multi-Blonde Powder + 45g 6%.

I don't have the pastel 6% so I'll use the 1.9% regular Welloxon I have but I'm a bit unsure about when to do the babylights. Before applying all over color, during, or after?

I wouldn't use 6% with blondor on 100% white hair. If you was to do this, I'd tint the whole head first, then do babylights.
