Last week I went to the Lakeside shopping center (Essex) and opposite the fish pedicure shop on the second floor there is a discount nail shop and they use SHELLAC nail colours, not the all SHELLAC system no, just nails polish. Can you imagine? This is why sometimes we can remove Shellac from client's nails whithin 10 mins because we have no idea where, who and what else was used whith Shellac.
