Hi everyone.

I was hoping that if anyone in the cheshire area ( warrington ) could tell me what is the average cost of rent to pay if renting above a hairdressers.

How much do you pay each month?

Hi, I am in Wirral. It depends on the size of the rooms above the hairdressers! I was looking to rent my fully equipped beauty rooms, x2 for £60 a week or I would have taken on a beautician on a 50/50 basis. Hope this helps

Rent can be anything from £35-150 per week. If you look through the archives, you can build up a picture of what is acceptable and what isn't.
