What percentage should I pay the owner?

Hi guys,

I am setting up a SPMU business but as it is only on the side of my full time job currently, I have found a couple of salons where I will run clinics from, once or twice a month.

I will not be renting the room but paying the owners a percentage of my treatment. Does anyone know the 'going rate' or what I should be offering?

Percentage splits are usually 60/40 but it's really up to you to negotiate the best deal you can.
