What to charge?

Hi i have a room that i would like to rent out to a beauty theropist, but not sure what to charge. she will be providing all her own equiptment and stock, and there is no competion in the area.

what would be the average rent to charge?

As every area is different you need to ring around your local salons and ask what they charge for room rental,
