What to do if the extensions don't match?

What do you guys do if a client turns up for a fitting, but the extensions dont match.. but you can tell they have done something to their hair like dyed it or used purple shampoo??

Have you checked the extensions against the colouring? And then check her hair against the colour on the colour ring you originally matched to. If it’s different then they usually fess up at that point! If it’s just purple shampoo then I’d fit anyhow and tell her to stop using it. It’ll fade back to normal after the next wash and thy will
Match.
