Right before you shoot me down in flames i am a business person that owns a hair salon, with beauty attached. I can give all the advice you need on business but beauty i need advice from you.
I had a room renter that just didn't work out - didn't promote her business, lazy, let customers doen etc so we fell out. I am now looking to employ someone to do beauty but as i know very little about the treatments themselves i am after some advice - 1. What equipment in general do you believe i absolutley need, and also i have seen massage couches etc with seperate legs, rising baks etc etc what do you believe i rellay need to ensure whoever i employ is fully equipped for manicure, pedicure, massage, facials, waxing etc
