Having now done the survey I would agree with this, it did seem a bit like the kind of questions you would ask at the formative stage of deciding whether to start researching into LED technology not what you'd need to know right before you launch a product.
They originally announced the lamp would launch in Summer 2013......meanwhile since then people have majorly lost confidence in the UV lamps and CND/S2 handling of the situation... I don't know what they are waiting for other than they can't make the technology work with the current Shellac formulation.
