Where are all of these cool colors?

I always see these nail professionals in Australia and London with awesome gel colors. They use lilac purple, light orange almost like a coral, light blue, neon pink, but all of these colors look white based like they are pastel. Where are they getting them from? Help!

What type of medium are you working with? Gel, gel polish, l&p acrylic, regular nail polish?

So sorry just saw the "gel" part my eyes jumped right to color. Lots use CND additives, or other pigments and custom blend for clients.
