which do you prefer?

hi

for all you he-shi lovers i need some help. i am going to be applying he shi for the first time tonight. which do you think is better for the face - the liquid itself or the gel?

any tips on how to apply it? do i blend it all in around my neck, hairline and ears? do you just sweep over the hands and feet?
