Whole Ball of Wax DVD

Does anyone have the Whole Ball of Wax DVD? I thought I was supposed to get one with my wax set up that I just bought, but I didn't. If some one has one that they could loan me I would really appreciate it. I can pay for shipping to and from and a "rental fee".
