Working From Home

I just have a quick question. When i have finished my course i intend to work from home in my living room. I live in a council property do i need some sort of permission to be able to this.

I must be honest and say that I don't know but why don't you go to your local Citizens Advice Bureau? I'm sure they will be able to answer your question.
