Wrong colour hair!

Hi, I had a dark reddy mahogony brown on about 4 weeks ago an I used capacil shampoo and it seemed to almost take a lot of colour out of my hair. I couldn't get hold of regular hair dresser so used a friend who uses the same brand but it has come out really red. And I hate it. How long do I need to waitto recolour it?

I would wait 2 weeks or you could do it that week depending on how damaged it is.
Go to a professional!

As long as your hairs not dried or damaged you can recolor now n
