Crew Hairdressing for Men, a new salon in York, is hoping to gain a significant male audience with expert cutting and complimentary bonuses thrown in.
Customers at Crew can surf the internet thanks to the salon's Netbook computer, enjoy a game on its PlayStation 3 and order a complimentary beer.
The salon, owned by 28-year-old James Gilbertson, is the latest in a string of salons which are enhancing their salon experiences with gadgets and entertainment.
Gilbertson told the York Press: We want Crew to be a place where men of all ages can feel comfortable and relaxed so they can enjoy the experience we offer.
"This isn't just a chop shop, we want our clients to walk out with a smile on their faces."
