Your best formula for the typical Nicole Kidman hair colour?

I've a client wanting Nicole Kidman haircolor (the typical light strawberruy blondeish tone).
Can someone please give me a formula? Preferably for Wella.
She's a natural level 7ish.
So will bleach wash first.

8.04 & 20vol then when the color is applied do 4-6 finely, fairly spaced foils with 20vol+bleach on the top over the color for nice depth. 5 mins b4 color is processed, smush the 8.04 through the blond strands.
