dear lordy...not your week is it? If they have admitted it's their fault im pretty sure your entitled to a refund, and like you say they seem like very nice people so im sure they be ok with giving you your money back.
 
I wouldn't expect a refund to be honest. They have done everyhting to rectify the problem, although frustrating to keep having to go back, the service does sound very good, as it should be!
 
Oh dont get me wrong, I dont expect one, they have costs to cover after all etc but it would be nice because I cant keep affording to go into town park etc, the time out of my day etc, i thought it would be a one off treat last monday when I had a spare morning, not drag on all week thats all. Their customer service is very good though, higly commendable
