acrylic nails new at

hi all i jave reently done the acryli nails course i am strggling somewhat though and wondered if ayone could give me some advice i have done about ten lots of nails including my own now odd this sounds mine have been fine but a lot of the ones i have done have fallen off other people do you think this is because i am no applying enough acrylic or preparing the nail properly beforehand any advice would be greatfully received thanks in advance rachael xxx
