Just wondering what method you all use to keep track of your appointments?
Also can you reccomend any where to purchase appointment books, or whatever method it is you use!?!
Thanks

What I've recently started doing is instead of doing a page a day, I do a page for three days - three columns and a day each (I can get a week from a double page spread). I find that it's much easier to keep track of and if a client asks for an appointment in a few weeks, all I have to do is flip a few pages instead of turning over I don't know how many! Plus it lasts longer, so it works out cheaper, lol.
That's what I use, but because I use a column a day, I get about a year and a half out of it! Rather than six months.Jacky said:I know you can get those appointment books with columns for more than one therapist in,from almost all wholesalers but in my opinion they rarely cover the year and I think they are a tad pricey.
