Skincare specialist Dermalogica is to release a new serum that looks to one of beauty’s top ingredients.

March will see the launch of new Overnight Repair Serum, which includes argan oil - one of the hottest skincare buzzwords - alongside more than 35 ingredients such as rose oils, brown seaweed and palmitoyl tripeptide.

The deluxe, results-driven formula promises to soften and minimise fine lines and revive clients’ skin while they sleep.

dont get me wrong im all for anti aging products but come on we already have the multivit power firm multivit concentrate caps then map 15 an the new eye reversal cream an firming booster bring this out an which 1 stops selling then your stuck with too many products that you can't sell because you an you're client will think hang on why so many an will go for the cheapest because some of us don't have the disposable incomes anymore an then the salon is left with the dearer stock this must be replacing 1 of the products that arent selling well :confused:

If you know your product range and believe in it then you will be able to educate your clients as to which one is better suited to their individual needs

i do know my products pretty well but they need to stop bringing new products out because its retiring the old products when there's nothing wrong with them. And poor stockists sometimes can't keep up with running their salon sending out to b trained remembering each product then a new 1 comes along.

It's a good thing to have a choice for clients. Some clients like quick and easy, some clients like to take time with their skincare and we all have different skin types and concerns that we want to treat. Having more choice means clients are more likely to find a routine to suit them and stick to it and keep using the products.
