Gelish stained by hair dye, does this happen to you and how can we stop this?

Hi there....I love gelish top it off as a top coat, I use it on all clients....but I have three hairdressers, who, when ever they have french or a pale colour seem to have very 'hair coloured' stained nails!! I thought 'top it off' was non porous, with you having to etch the surface to let acetone penetrate, but seemly not.

Does anyone have any hints or tips?
Maybe you use a simular product that doesn't stain?
Does shellac topcoat discolour?

I don't think there's much you can do. Sounds like they're not using gloves when applying or removing hair colours.
 
Yeah mine get stained. But that's because i dont wear gloves when rinsing colour. Wearing gloves is the only thing really
